General Terms & Conditions:

All customers are bounded by the following Terms & Conditions once they order from HatupQ

  1. A customer is fully aware that apart from the basic Government fee, HatupQ charges an extra amount of consultation.
  2. If a customer takes help of any third party, HatupQ will not process the application further.
  3. HatupQ is not responsible for the crowd at the Government Offices.
  4. HatupQ doesn’t support bribery. If a customer is asked by an individual for the same, HatupQ will not be responsible. Also, no refund will be given from HatupQ’s end. 
  5. The courier file will be dispatched only after documents verification and hence there is no precise time frame for the same.  
  6. Once dispatched, the courier is completely under the authority of the third party and HatupQ has no control over its arrival duration.
  7. Each point on the instructions page is a mandate which if not followed will be considered a customer’s own negligence.  
  8. Being an online platform, HatupQ does not accompany any customer at the Government office physically.
  9. In some cases, orders are forwarded to our trusted third party partners.
  10. If customer found using profanity or abusive words, no refund will be given for mental harrassment to our executives.
  11. All the refund will be processed on 5th of Every month.
Refund Policy:
Driving License:
  • A customer is eligible for a full amount of refund in the case of the following circumstances:
  • If the service request is withdrawn by the customer before the application number is generated.
  • In case the documents provided by the customer are insufficient or lead to a discrepancy.
  • If the application is rejected at the RTO for poor documentation due to the company’s fault. This point is not valid for Vehicle Documents which is directly submitted by Customer.
  •  A partial amount will be refunded if the service request is withdrawn by the customer after the application number is generated. The government fee charges corresponding to that application will be deducted irrespective of payment stage.
  • Rs. 100 (Cancellation charges) and Two percent of the refund amount will be deducted as a part of TDR (Payment Gateway Charges) whether a customer is eligible for a full refund or partial refund.
  • No amount will be refunded if the following conditions are not met after the courier file is received by the customer.
    If a customer fails the learner’s license or driver’s license test at the RTO.
    If a customer doesn’t appear for the test at the RTO.
    If a customer fails to visit the RTO on the scheduled date and timing as per the slot.
    If a customer leaves the RTO without finishing the test.
    If any discrepancies are found in original documents.
  • No amount will be refunded if a customer attempts to interfere in the application or takes help of any third party.
  • Cash on pickup: Rs 300 will be deducted if a customer has paid through cash on pickup whether a customer is eligible for a full refund or partial refund.
  • No refund will be given if customer has been unresponsive more than 90 Days or the case completion exceeds more than 90 Days due to the customer.
Passport:
  • A customer is eligible for a full amount of refund in the case of the following circumstances.
  • If the service request is withdrawn by the customer before the application number is generated.
  • In case the documents provided by the customer are insufficient or lead to a discrepancy.
  • If the application is rejected at the Passport Seva Kendra for poor documentation due to the company’s fault.
  •  A partial amount will be refunded if the service request is withdrawn by the customer after the application number is generated. The government fee charges corresponding to that application will be deducted irrespective of payment stage.
  • Two percent of the refund amount will be deducted as a part of TDR (Payment Gateway Charges) whether a customer is eligible for a full refund or partial refund.
  • No amount will be refunded if the following conditions are not met after the courier file is received by the customer.
    If a customer fails to visit the PSK on the scheduled date and timing as per the slot.
    A customer leaves the PSK without completing all the steps at PSK.
    Any discrepancy is found in customer’s original documents.
  • No amount will be refunded if a customer attempts to interfere in the application or takes help of any third party.
  • Cash on pickup: Rs 300 will be deducted if a customer paid through “cash on pickup” payment method whether a customer is eligible for a full refund or partial refund.
